About the Founders
The Global Men’s Initiative was born from more than a vision—it was forged through decades of investing in men, overcoming adversity, and witnessing the transforming power of God across generations.
Stephen Miller Sr. is a pastor, men’s coach, former professional MMA fighter, world-record-holding strongman, and author of five books. For most of his life, he has dedicated himself to awakening, equipping, and mentoring men to lead with biblical conviction, courage, and purpose. Whether speaking from a platform, coaching leaders, or serving in the local church, his life’s mission has remained the same: to build complete men who build strong families, churches, businesses, and communities.

Alongside him is his son, Stephen Miller II, whose life is a testimony to God’s miraculous power. After surviving a life-threatening medical crisis that left him only days from death, he experienced a remarkable recovery that forever shaped his faith and purpose. Today, he is a renowned strongman performer who has traveled extensively with his father, inspiring audiences with his story of perseverance, strength, and unwavering trust in God.
Together, they represent the power of generational leadership—a father investing in a son who now stands beside him in the mission.
The Global Men’s Initiative exists because one conviction has never changed: the world changes when men change. What began as decades of mentoring individuals has grown into a global movement committed to gathering men from every background into a united brotherhood of faith, accountability, growth, and action.
This is more than an organization. It is a community of men committed to becoming the men God created them to be—men who love God wholeheartedly, lead their families courageously, strengthen their communities intentionally, and leave a legacy that outlives them.
While Stephen Sr. and Stephen II provide vision and leadership, the Global Men’s Initiative is stewarded by a dedicated team of leaders who share the same passion: to see ordinary men transformed into extraordinary leaders through biblical truth, authentic brotherhood, and intentional discipleship.
